Hey - Did you Change your Name?

Yes! We’re Hey, Milestone, and we were formerly called Noobie Box. The company launched in 2016, and we took over in 2021. Now that we’re up and running, we’ve re-launched with a new name and new look, but we’re still the same great company, bringing you Free Sample Boxes for pregnancy and parenthood.

What is Hey, Milestone?

What Sample Boxes Do You Offer?

We offer these Sample Boxes:

- The Pregnancy Sample Box, which is perfect for any stage of pregnancy

- The Family Nutrition Box, filled with Baby Food Samples and Toddler Food Samples, is perfect when you’re starting your little one on solid foods

- The Newborn Sample Box, which is perfect for when you’re near your baby’s due date, or when your baby is 0-3 months old.

What’s in the Pregnancy Sample Box?

The Free Pregnancy Sample Box is filled with high-quality samples, perfect for supporting you during pregnancy and into the first few months of parenthood. The products in the box are carefully curated by our expert team of parents, and we’re always on the lookout for newest and best items on the market. So check on the product page to find out what’s in the box you’ll be ordering. Boxes are curated on a quarterly basis and are subject to change.

What’s the Difference Between the Pregnancy Sample Box and the Newborn Sample Box?

The Newborn Sample Box is designed for 4th Trimester support and the first 3 months of your baby’s life. The Pregnancy Sample Box is focused on items to support you during pregnancy.  Please make sure to choose the correct box for your age & stage.  We recommend you order each box at the appropriate window to ensure you receive the most appropriate and longest lasting samples for that time period.

Where Are the Hey, Milestone Free Sample Boxes Available?

You can receive one of our Hey, Milestone Free Sample Boxes in the United States. We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states in the US, also known as the “Lower 48”. Unfortunately, that means we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other International addresses.

Do you Ship Outside the U.S.?

No, we do not. Sorry. We only ship to the 48 states of the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S.Territories, APO/FPO, Canada, or other International addresses at this time.

What’s the Best Time to Order my Pregnancy Sample Box?

You can order your Free Pregnancy Sample Box anytime while you’re pregnant, but we recommend you order in the first 2 Trimesters. If you’re within a month of your due date, we recommend ordering the Newborn Sample Box instead. [LINK] But, you should note that you can only order one of each type of Sample Box, per household, per year. 

What’s the Best Time to Order the Family Nutrition Sample Box?

Since the Family Nutrition Box is filled with Baby Food Samples and Toddler Food Samples, which are perishable and come with expiration dates for freshness, we recommend that you order this box only when you’re ready to start your little one on Solid Foods or if you have older children. We recommend that the food samples be consumed within 30 days of receiving your box for maximum freshness, so don’t order too early.

What’s the Best Time to Order the Newborn Sample Box?

The Free Newborn Sample Box is meant for anyone who’s within a month of their baby’s due date, or if your little one is from 0-3 months. If your pregnancy is still in the early stages, the Pregnancy Sample Box is the right one for you! And if you’ve got a Newborn baby, or are about to have one, the Newborn Sample Box is perfect for you.

How do I Sign Up to Get Your Emails?

When you order your Free Sample Box you'll be automatically subscribed to our weekly Milestone Email Newsletters. You’ll receive emails based on your due date with expert advice and information about every stage of pregnancy and the first year of parenthood, as well as coupons and special offers from our partners. We think you’ll love getting our emails, but if you don’t, you can unsubscribe anytime.

I'm Not Receiving Emails from Hey, Milestone. What’s Wrong?

Are the Sample Boxes Really Free?

Yes, the Sample Boxes are Free. You’ll just pay a flat fee for shipping and handling.

Is this a Subscription-Based Box?

Nope. Hey, Milestone is not a subscription box company. The Pregnancy Sample Box is a one-time gift, so you’re under no obligation to order any additional boxes. We provide several different Sample Boxes, but it is up to you which one(s) you want to order. You’re welcome to order all of them if you want, no strings attached!

How Many Pregnancy Sample Boxes May I Order?

One Free Pregnancy Sample Box is available per household, per year. If you order a 2nd Pregnancy box within a year of your first order, your order will be automatically canceled.

I Have a Question About One of the Products in My Box.

If your question is related to the product itself, we suggest that you contact brand that makes that particular product or service directly. If you need any additional help, or have questions about the box, we’ll be happy to assist you! Email Hey, Milestone Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com.

How Do I Know What is Going to be in My Box?

The products in the box are subject to change, based on availability and supplies. We share brand partners, categories of samples offered and more details on our product pages for each box. Please refer to the product pages directly for the most updated box contents:

What is the Hey, Milestone Sampling Club?

We’re excited to announce the brand new Sampling Club! New in 2022! When you order any of our Free Sample Boxes, you’ll have the option to join our Sampling Club and receive additional shipments of samples throughout the year, as they become available.

When Will I Get My Box?

Once your box ships, we will send you a notification email and a tracking number. Please be informed that we've been experiencing shipping delays due to current global supply chain disruptions. Most orders can be delivered within 10 business days; however, your order may take longer than that. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com.

I Tried to Order a Pregnancy Sample Box but the Website Wouldn't Let Me, as it Said I Had Ordered a Box in the Past 12 months, but I Have Not. How Can I Order a New Box Now?

Thanks for updating us about your due date. You can change it on our website by following the steps below:

1) Log into your account

2) Go to 'my account'

3 Click ‘edit account’ and change your due date field

I Did Not Get My Box. What Should I Do?

We make every effort to ensure you receive your box in a timely manner; this is the reason we send you an email with a tracking number. If there is a problem with the delivery, make sure to contact the carrier directly (they are the ones who can tell you what happened with the delivery) and file a complaint if needed.

How do I change my shipping address for a placed order?

If you accidentally ordered your box sent to the wrong address, contact Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com immediately to check if your order has already been processed. If so, unfortunately your box is on the way to the wrong address. If not, we will change the shipping address. 

May I Cancel My Order and Get a Refund?

All sales are final. So, if you’ve already ordered your box, we are not able to cancel your order or refund your money for the shipping and handling fees once sent out. 

May I Return My Box?

We do not accept returns of boxes or individual products. If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please contact Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com so we can find an appropriate solution.

I Think My Box is Missing an Item; Can This be Remedied? 

We're sorry to hear your box was missing an item or items. Please contact Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com so we can find an appropriate solution.

There are Damaged Products in My Box; Can This be Remedied? 

We're sorry to hear your box contained damaged items. Please contact Customer Service Hey@HeyMilestone.com so we can find an appropriate solution. 

When I Ordered My Sample Box You Asked for Some Personal Information. What Will You Do With It?

We use your information to make sure your boxes are sent to the right person, and to be able to send you personalized and relevant offers and information, based on the stage of your pregnancy or the age of your child. We will securely store your information. As per our Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (link), we will occasionally share your information with our partners. You can decide to opt out any time.
